Inspired by the Wim Hof Method, this cold water therapy plunge in the San Miguel river will reset your nervous system, invigorate the senses and connect you with your primal creative self. Human's have been utilizing cold water therapy for centuries - practitioners boast optimization of athletic performance, improved immunity, increased focus and flow states as well mitigation of inflammatory symptoms associated with chronic autoimmune disease and mental health challenges. We will walk in silent reverence along the San Miguel River and practice some light asana and deep breathing prior to the plunge.
