What better way to close out a magical weekend than a restorative class relaxing and restoring all of what you have absorbed this weekend?  Using the breathe and restorative asanas, Marie will manipulate the energy in the body-mind, and direct it toward the areas within us that need it most. This class will increase both lightness of mind, body and Spirit as well as rejuvenate your meridians.  She guides you with seated & supine, long holds, a juicy meditation and finally a well deserved savasana.
