Practice Yoga with dedication to your energy center of the Chakras!  We will work our way through our seven main Chakras through colors, body, organs, and sounds to wake up and connect our structure that binds our layers of energy to the physical body.  A Yoga Flow class for all levels of yogis that will gently wake up the body from root to crown and build a relationship and awareness with your muladhara, svadisthana, manipura, anahata, vissudha, ajna, and sahasrara.

Optional: bring your malas for calling into your chakras to turn them in a healthy clockwise spin after practice.
