This sweet and slow class will warm your body and give you the reset you didn’t know you needed. Think Hygge meets vinyasa flow.
Have you ever thought: “All I ever hear is: Let this Go. Let that go. But what am I letting in?” This class will hold space for you to explore that very question.
We will focus on spine lengthening, shoulder mobility, forward folds, and hip opening.  All will be guided by the metronome of your own breath. Fill up your own cup and recommit to yourself.  You will feel this practice from the inside out.
